Our Pre-Order items are specially curated to give you early access to upcoming collections before they officially launch. Please review our Pre-Order Policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Payment & Order Processing

• Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order
• Your order will be processed once the item is officially in stock and ready to ship
• If your order both pre-order and in-stock items in the same transaction, they may be shipped separately
• Pre-Order shipping dates are estimated and subject to change due to production or supply chain delays.
• If there are any changes to the expected delivery date, we will notify you via email
• Once your pre-order item ships, you will receive a tracking number
• If there is an unexpected delay beyond 30 days from the original estimated shipping date, you may request a full refund

Note: Please proceed through the normal checkout process.  Your order will be shipped upon arrival of the pre-ordered item.
